Dear Friends, Backers and Beloveds,
Fresh from Raising Hell at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival, we took Sundance by storm, selling out all of our screenings. The audiences laughed, cried and cheered for RAISE HELL: The Life & Times Of Molly Ivins. Director-producer, Janice Engel and producers, James Egan and Carlisle Vandervoort, were over the moon as they rode the wave of what can only be called an overwhelming response!
Janice said it best:
“Sundance 2019 is a humbling, head spinning whirlwind of press, parties, take my breath away accolades, heart expanding moments that cannot be put into words save for the picture where I’m standing next to the poster of Molly beaming… Pure glee and gratitude. NEXT STOP AUSTIN – SXSW Film Festival 2019!
SXSW Film Festival has just announced that we will be participating under their very coveted “Festival Favorites” category. We finally get to bring Molly home again after an enlightening labor of love filled, 6 ½ years. Stay tuned for screening times TBA!
